The power transmission process of coil nail gun can be divided into three key steps:

Energy storage: The high-pressure air (usually above 0.65MPa) generated by the air compressor is transported to the cylinder storage chamber inside the nail gun through the air pipe.

Trigger release: When the operator pulls the trigger, the trigger valve opens, and the high-pressure air enters the cylinder through the airway, pushing the striker assembly (piston) forward at high speed.

Impact output: The striker is ejected from the gun nozzle at high speed, hitting the tail of the nail and driving it into the target material. At this time, the buffer absorbs part of the recoil force to reduce the impact on the operator.
